Position Overview
At the Center for Millennial Engagement, we are looking for a Program Facilitator whose responsibility is to facilitate Virtual Instructor-Led Training programs in alignment with CME program delivery methods and practices, provide feedback, guidance, tools, and techniques to participants, align Futures principles with learning objectives, empower and motivate participants. Complete reporting on the progress of participants.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate work targeting services to assist clients in recognizing skills and values, interests, and aptitude related to career choices.
- Facilitate workshops that increase clients' job maintenance skills such as communication and problem-solving skills and workplace assertiveness.
- Help evaluate and adjust the curriculum to ensure effectiveness, relevance, and quality to support clients in obtaining and maintaining employment.
- Assists participants who are using online learning platforms.
- Facilitates all administrative components for existing in-person and online courses, workshops, conferences, and all other departmental events.
- Responsible for ensuring all courses run efficiently through planning and coordinating program logistics.
- Highlighting needs about capacity development.
- Pinpointing existing programs or formulating bespoke courses for use.
- Selecting accompanying test materials.
- Encouraging respect for ideas voiced during facilitation.
- Steering conversations about the learning material.
- Extracting various insights from participants.
- Administering and reviewing progress on assessments.
- Tracking and conveying attendees' engagement to applicable figureheads.
Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Highly proficient with business technologies, including Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, web-based research tools, and familiarity with social media.
- Completion of a recognized facilitators program.
- Accredited qualification in a pertinent stream.
- Demonstrable and relevant facilitation experience.
- Capacity to formulate relevant, memorable curriculums.
- Ability to drive critical, student-led dialogs about learning material.
- Respectful, astute, and accommodating.
